I have recently signed in as a member for Divas Inc. It is a very interesting online magazine; it features popular celebrities (most specifically female celebrities). You get features on Minnie Dlamini, Boity, The YFM twins, Terry Pheto, Dj Zintle, Katlego Danke, just to name a few. I know what you are thinking right now..."what's so interesting with reading about the same people over and over again." But, to just clear the mist; when I read the interviews I felt like I was present when they were interviewed. Secondly, they ask open ended questions; not those typical yes or no questions. Likewise, they include non verbal gestures that they project while being interviewed; making the article interesting and "alive". Nothing bores me than reading an article with only words being written, and little or no effort given to make the story alive. Most importantly, the magazine focuses on uplifting and inspiring young women; you not only read about them "brag about how awesome their lives are", but you get to know how much effort, struggles and endurance they had to put to get their lives to be where they are today. For example, Boity had to quit her final year in varsity because she could not pay her tuition fees, Terry Pheto grew up in a shack in Vaal et cetera; however, they managed to pull through from such situations.
